Als Dr. Haffa & Partner im Jahr 1986 gegründet wurde, gab es noch eine klare Abgrenzung zwischen den verschiedenen Kommunikationsdisziplinen. Man machte entweder Marketing oder PR. Mittlerweile hat sich das geändert, und das ist gut so. Denn es geht nicht um Disziplinen und Instrumente, es geht einfach um Kommunikation mit Menschen. Und denen sind Instrumente egal. Sie reagieren auf Botschaften – und zwar dann, wenn diese über die richtigen Kanäle kommen. Deshalb ist es für moderne Kommunikationsagenturen Pflicht, über Disziplinen hinaus zu denken und Kunden integriert zu beraten. Wer PR macht, muss Marketing, Social Media etc. gleichermaßen beherrschen. Wie sonst soll er beurteilen können, welche Art der Kommunikation für seinen Kunden wirklich zielführend ist? Und wie sonst soll der Kunde sicher sein, dass die Agentur ihn in seinem Sinne berät und nicht im Sinne eines eingeschränkten Agenturportfolios! Deshalb: Fragen Sie Ihre Marketing-Agentur nach PR, erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrem PR-Berater nach Marketing-Leistungen. – Ihre Kommunikation wird sich freuen.
