Was ist notwendig, um Prozesse effizient und schlank zu machen? Um die Zukunft aktiv zu gestalten? Mein wichtigster Tipp: Ballast abwerfen! Einfach mal gründlich Ausmisten! Wie wirksam eine solch ganz handfeste „analoge Transformation“ ist, haben wir gerade selbst erlebt. Denn Dr. Haffa & Partner ist Anfang Mai in die Innenstadt umgezogen. Dieser Agenturumzug war für uns DIE Gelegenheit, uns von allem Überflüssigen zu trennen, zu entrümpeln, Lagerbestände und Archive aufzulösen. Und noch mehr: Es war die Gelegenheit, eingefahrene Prozesse und Strukturen auf den Prüfstand zu stellen und zu überdenken: Was brauchen wir wirklich? Was brauchen wir nicht? Was ist nur Routine, was ist hier und heute wirklich sinnvoll? Wir alle haben  geräumt und gerackert, Schränke, Regale und Lager gesichtet und geleert, Wichtiges neu sortiert und Unwichtiges aussortiert. Und jeder von uns hat gemerkt, wie gut es tut, Altes über Bord zu werfen! Und – noch besser – wie gut es tut, sich neue Strukturen zu geben und eine neue Ordnung zu schaffen! Es ist eine geniale Chance auf einen Neuanfang, einen Relaunch, die Aufbruchstimmung bringt frischen Wind, neue Ideen und Impulse, das Arbeitsleben neu zu gestalten. Nicht, dass wir jedes Jahr nochmal umziehen wollten – nein, wirklich nicht, das war schon ein großer Kraftakt, der viele Ressourcen gebunden hat. Aber wir können von den Umzugserfahrungen vieles in den Arbeitsalltag mitnehmen: Regelmäßig – mindestens einmal im Jahr – Strukturen und Prozesse überdenken, Althergebrachtes kritisch überprüfen. Das gilt nicht nur für das „große Ganze“, sondern gerade auch für die kleinen Schritte, die vielen kleinen Handgriffe und Abläufe, an die sich jeder gewöhnt hat, an Routinen, die unter Umständen gar nicht mehr sinnvoll sind. Es geht um mehr als das materielle Entrümpeln von Hardware, Ordnern, Papier oder Archiven. Die „analoge Transformation“ des Umzugs von einem Büro in ein neues bewirkt auch eine psychische und digitale Transformation, denn sie führt zu neuen Strukturen und Prozessen, die uns und unsere Kunden voranbringen. Ausmisten – das sollten Sie auch ohne Umzugsstress ab und an mal machen – Sie werden merken: Es  lohnt sich! Mehr Tipps oder weitere Fragen?
